In almost all situations,  the ultimate expression of any photo is print. It is the rendering of a picture that can be put on show, or stored in a vault. Art galleries, museums, collectors, conservators and curators all agree. 

We have a lot of experience in both making prints and making the best out of any digital file, it is our primary focus.

Often we get asked to manipulate or "Photoshop" pictures, and it is this print experience that ensures the work is seamless. Print is not only the ultimate expression, but the ultimate test for an image.

Why?

What does it take to ensure that an image viewed on a screen, with light radiating at you, translates to a print? Printing is an art and with any art form, the artist benefits greatly from practice and experience. 

Our lead printers, David, Miriam, Karen and Priscilla get the best training. They are making prints all day, every day, they are constantly tested by their work. They get the opportunity to see the work immediately at scale, and make adjustments if needed. This process builds great skill, the sort of skill that makes excellent prints efficiently.

The one ingredient needed to execute a great print for you will be our understanding of what you want, getting that idea out of your imagination. 

We make ourselves available for one-on-one time with our lead printers, you can book time to spend directly with them working on translating your idea to paper. We find this helpful to connect closely with new clients or new bodies of work.
